新建辐照装置设计装源量为5..55×10~(15)Bq(150kci)。辐照室面积7×10×4.5m,贮源水井深6.1m,钴源排列方式为单栅板状。升降采用电动和微机控制(目前采用静态辐照方式)。设有7.5kW和5.5kW风机各1台,辐照室内臭氧浓度低于国家允许限制。各种声光报警装置、潜望镜监视器及多重安全联锁装置,确保了人员安全与设备的正常运行。该装置配有Farmer 2570剂量计和伦琴计,保证剂量场的准确刻度并严格控制辐射加工质
The source of the new irradiator was designed to be 5.55×10 15 Bq (150 kci). The irradiation chamber area is 7×10×4.5m, the source well depth is 6.1m, and the cobalt source arrangement is single-grid. Lifting uses electric and microcomputer control (static irradiation is currently used). There is one set of 7.5kW and 5.5kW fans, and the ozone concentration in the irradiation room is lower than the national allowable limit. Various sound and light alarm devices, periscope monitors and multiple safety interlock devices ensure the safety of personnel and the normal operation of equipment.
