王炳勋(1908～1984)副主任医师,原籍吉林省伊通县。幼年攻读四书五经,勤奋好学,精通文史,博见多识,爱好医学。16岁在伊通县中医研究会创办的医校学习中医,毕业后21岁在长春市天德堂悬壶诊治疾病。1931年日寇入侵,东北沦陷,他怀着抗日救国之志,投笔从戎,参加旧东北军任军医,辗转于关内外,后来到绥远等地。1950年转业地方到固阳县开业行医。1955年在固阳任卫协会主任,并创办联合诊所任所长。1956年参加内蒙古卫生干部进修学校中医师资班学习,毕业后调到内蒙古中蒙医研究所工作,先后担任内科副主任及学术顾问等。
Wang Bingxun (1908 ~ 1984) deputy chief physician, origin of Yitong County, Jilin Province. In 1931 the Japanese invaded and the northeast fell. With his ambition of resisting Japan and saving the nation, he plotted a pen to join the army of the old northeast army and later transferred to the inside and outside of the customs and later went to Suiyuan and other places. Opened in 1950 to go to Guyang County practice medicine. In 1955 in Guyang Renwei Association, and set up a joint clinic director. In 1956 to participate in Inner Mongolia Medical Cadre Training School of Chinese medicine classes, after graduation transferred to Inner Mongolia Institute of Mongolian and Chinese medicine, has served as deputy director of medicine and academic advisers.
