我厂铸工车间愿烘芯炉用电阻丝加热。在1979年采用远红外加热和硅酸铝纤维保温两项技术,对旧电阻炉进行了改造。几年来的生产实践证明:炉子改造后,不仅提高了泥芯烘干质量,而且与原电阻炉相比节电在50%以上。一、改造情况1.炉体结构:原电阻炉炉体外墙为红砖,内墙砌耐火砖。为了提高炉子的热效率,将外墙改为中空红砖夹墙,内墙用钢骨架贴上石棉板,并在内外墙之间灌入(石至)石。炉瞠尺寸为1500×1000×1600毫米。炉底铺设轨道,台
