小学音乐学科研训一体化模式研究与实践

教育是国家的根本,国家的发展需要人才,人才的培养需要教育。基础教育阶段是教育的重要环节,落实素质教育,发展音乐教育,是审美教育的重要内容。作为审美教育课程之一的小学音乐学科,其改革与发展,同音乐教师队伍是密切关联的,结合本区音乐教育教学,将从学科教研团队建设及三级网络教研模式进行详细论述,力求将教学理论与教学实践相结合,将学科教研与师资培训相结合,进行音乐学科研训有益探究,构建小学音乐学科研训一体化模式。 Education is the foundation of the country. The development of the country requires talents. The cultivation of talents requires education. Basic education stage is an important part of education, the implementation of quality education, development of music education is an important part of aesthetic education. As one of the aesthetic education courses, the reform and development of the primary school music discipline are closely linked with the music teachers. Combining with the teaching of music education in the region, the discipline teaching and research team construction and the three-level network teaching and research mode are discussed in detail. Combination of teaching theory and teaching practice, the combination of subject teaching and teacher training, music research beneficial to explore, to build primary music discipline training integration model.
