四年级第一学期的英语教材,在三年级已学了一年英语的基础上,教材编写采用螺旋上升,在内容和深度上又上升了一个台阶。这册教材编写的特点是:先学小写字母,再写大写字母;从字母教学引出单词;把学过的单词放在句型中操练;由句型教学扩展到对话。这种编写方法既符合了学生的年龄特征和接受能力,又符合了英语知识的循序渐进。教材内容既突出了英语基础知识,又加强了对学生的能力培养。经过试点,这套新教材的总体设计和编写思路受
