目的:探讨高频超声和彩色多普勒(Color Doppler Flow Image,CDFI)对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的形态、血流动力学特点及对鉴别良恶性肿瘤方面的诊断价值。方法:应用高频超声结合CDFI技术对119例乳腺肿瘤的声像图特征及血流动力学与病理结果进行对照分析。结果:119例乳腺肿瘤中,乳腺纤维腺瘤44例,符合率为90.9%,乳腺癌75例,符合率为93.3%。乳腺癌的特征性表现为形态不规则,毛刺状或蟹爪状,致密小钙化灶和后方回声衰减,CDFI:RI>0.70。乳腺纤维腺瘤的特征性表现为形态规则,边界清晰,有包膜和侧边声影,CDFI:RI<0.70。但是部分良恶性肿瘤有交叉表现。结论:高频超声结合CDFI可进一步提高乳腺癌及乳腺纤维腺瘤的诊断正确率。
Objective: To investigate the morphological and hemodynamic characteristics of benign and malignant breast tumors by high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and its diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors. Methods: The ultrasonographic and CDFI techniques were used to analyze the features of 119 cases of breast tumors and the hemodynamic and pathological results. Results: In 119 cases of breast tumors, 44 cases of breast fibroadenoma, the coincidence rate was 90.9%, breast cancer in 75 cases, the coincidence rate was 93.3%. Breast cancer is characterized by irregular shape, burr or crab claw, compact calcification and attenuation of posterior echo, CDFI: RI> 0.70. Breast fibroadenoma is characterized by morphological rules, clear boundaries, with enveloped and lateral sound, CDFI: RI <0.70. However, some benign and malignant tumors have cross-sectional performance. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound combined with CDFI can further improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma.
