目的分析探讨眼眶内不同病理性质肿瘤的高频声像及彩色血流的图像特性,以找出一些超声诊断规律。方法回顾分析68例眼眶内肿瘤超声特征、肿瘤好发部位与肿瘤术后病理。结果按病理学组织来源将68例眼眶肿块分为血管源性、神经源性、泪腺、炎性、淋巴瘤、恶性、其它良性肿块等,各组眼眶内肿瘤有多种声像图特征,肿瘤内回声特征与病理结构相关,肿瘤好发部位与病理性质相关;还对各组眼眶肿瘤的彩色血流显示率、血流流速及阻力指数进行了统计学分析处理。结论眼眶内肿瘤的高频声像图与病理学组织类型对比具有一定的特征性超声表现,结合年龄、好发部位及临床表现有助于对病理性质的诊断。
Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of high-frequency and color flow in different orbital tumors with different pathological features to find out some ultrasonic diagnostic rules. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of orbital tumor characteristics of ultrasound, tumor location and tumor pathology after surgery. Results 68 cases of orbital masses were divided into vasculogenic, neurogenic, lacrimal gland, inflammatory, lymphoma, malignant and other benign masses according to the pathological tissue sources. The orbital tumors in each group had various sonographic features, The features of internal echo were related to the pathological structure. The site of tumor was related to pathological features. The color flow rate, blood flow velocity and resistance index of orbital tumors in each group were also analyzed statistically. Conclusion The high frequency sonography of orbital tumors has some characteristic ultrasonographic features in comparison with the histological types of the tissues. Combined with age, the location and the clinical manifestations of the orbital tumors, it is helpful to diagnose the pathological features.
