本文对9例足月新生儿死亡的新鲜肾上腺组织进行了电镜检查。根据激素应用与否分为激素组5例,对照组4例,观察短期(3~6天)大剂量激素(地塞米松0.25~0.5 mg/kg/天)治疗对新生儿肾上腺皮质束状带细胞超微结构的影响。电镜下示激素组肾上腺皮质束状带外层细胞线粒体含嵴数量减少,出现大量管状嵴,可见退变的巨大线粒体:滑面内质网平滑膜管减少,有些则呈串孢状扩张,腔内含有紫状物:类脂滴体积扩大,密度坛加。上述改变说明即使是短期应用大剂量激素治疗亦可致新生儿HPA轴抑制,肾上腺皮质功能减退。
