破碎轴是破碎式转筒烘干机的重要部件之一,扭振破坏是破碎轴的主要失效形式,针对破碎轴,通过建立破碎轴的运动微分方程,利用有限元计算方法,对破碎轴进行了谐响应分析,得出破碎轴的变形频响函数曲线,计算得出破碎轴发生共振的频率及幅值,同时截取了发生共振时的变形云图和应力云图,分析结果表明减小破碎轴过渡处的圆角和支撑跨度,增大空心轴壁厚,可以达到减小振动的目的,为破碎轴的优化设计提供理论依据。
