教学评价是研究教师的教和学生的学的价值的过程。是整个教学环节中重要的组成部分。一个学校的教学评价体系不仅决定着教学效果的好坏,而且还影响着教师教学工作的积极性和学生学习的主动性,对提高教学质量有着重要的作用。高等职业学校做为我国高等教育中不可缺少的重要组成部分,近年来越来越受到人们的关注,对教师的要求也随之上升。而高等职业院校的性质和特点决定了不能用传统的教学评价体系进行评价,而需要一个新的教学评价体系。本文以齐齐哈尔职业学院的教学评价体系为例,从教学档案、学生评分、同行评价等几个方面对高等职业院校的教学评价体系进行探讨。
Teaching evaluation is the process of studying the value of teacher education and student learning. Is an important part of the entire teaching process. A school’s teaching evaluation system not only determines the quality of teaching, but also affects the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching and student learning initiatives, to improve the quality of teaching plays an important role. As an indispensable and important part of higher education in China, higher vocational schools have drawn more and more attention in recent years and their demands for teachers have also risen. However, the nature and characteristics of higher vocational colleges determine that the traditional teaching evaluation system can not be used for evaluation, but a new teaching evaluation system is needed. This article takes the teaching evaluation system of Qiqihar Vocational College as an example to discuss the teaching evaluation system of higher vocational colleges from the aspects of teaching archives, student’s grading and peer evaluation.
