本文叙述吸附溶出分析土霉素的灵敏方法。土霉素及其质子化形态能在汞电极表面吸附富集(-0.60V vsAg/AgCl),溶出峰的数目及电位受pH影响。在pH4—8的溶液中得到4个溶出峰,而在强酸性和碱性介质中仅得到一个主峰。文中讨论了有关的化学和电极反应机理。采用奥氏方波溶出,电解富集5 min的测定限为5×10~(-10)mol/L。
This article describes the sensitive method of adsorption and dissolution analysis of oxytetracycline. Oxytetracycline and its protonated morphology can be adsorbed and enriched on the mercury electrode surface (-0.60V vsAg / AgCl), the number of eluted peaks and the potential affected by pH. Four elution peaks were obtained in solutions at pH 4-8, whereas only one major peak was obtained in strongly acidic and basic media. The paper discusses the related chemical and electrode reaction mechanisms. Using the austenite square wave dissolution, the limit of determination for 5 min of enrichment was 5 × 10 -10 mol / L.
