2013年7月1日,《中华人民共和国劳动合同法(修正案)》正式实施,除了延续2008年《劳动合同法》中“被派遣劳动者享有与用工单位劳动者同工同酬的权利”的规定之外,亦对“同酬”给予了明确规定,即“相同的劳动报酬分配方法”;并规定劳务派遣公司不仅要在工商部门注册,还需经由人力资源部门监管;对劳务派遣的范围和人员比例作出了进一步限定。修改后的《劳动合同法》厘清了过去一些模糊不清的规定,对一些原则性太强的法律条文进行了进一步细化,受到劳动者和社会各界的关注。
