十八大以来习近平同志就选人用人发表重要讲话,既继承了我们党历史上沿袭下来的选人用人宝贵经验、传统做法,又结合新形势新任务新情况新问题,提出了许多选人用人的新理念新思想新方法。尤其习近平同志坚持运用辩证唯物主义的观点探索、认识、把握选人用人的客观规律,坚持运用唯物辩证法原理提炼、总结、创新选人用人方法,遂由此形成新时期独具中国特色的选人之道、用人之策。
