化工行业制造生产环节中的管道及相应设备在工况条件下通常面对着较为复杂的内外环境,处于生产流程控制与安全性的考虑需要具备良好的防腐与保温性能。现阶段,随着化工行业生产水平的不断提升,其防腐保温性能执行标准也在不断强化,需要更为科学合理的设计方案,同时有效保证施工环节的整体质量。本文在分析当前化工防腐保温技术的基础上,针对其优化设计进行了研究,并提出了相应的施工注意事项,旨在提供一定的参考与借鉴。
The pipes and corresponding equipment in the manufacturing process of the chemical industry generally face more complicated internal and external environments under working conditions. Good corrosion protection and thermal insulation properties are required in the control of production processes and safety considerations. At this stage, with the continuous improvement of the production level of the chemical industry, the implementation standards of the anti-corrosion and thermal insulation properties are also constantly being strengthened, and more scientific and rational design solutions are needed, and the overall quality of the construction links is effectively guaranteed. Based on the analysis of the current chemical anticorrosive and thermal insulation technology, this article has carried on the research to its optimization design, and has put forward the corresponding construction precautions, aiming to provide certain reference and reference.
