由于机泵大小不同,重量各异,所以采用的垫铁也大小不一。在计算两轴不同轴度调整尺寸时,通常都是以垫铁的宽度中心来计算的,这在计算水平方向的调整尺寸时是毫无差错的。但是,在计算垂直方向的调整尺寸时,由于垫铁宽度的影响就产生了误差,结果造成拖延工期,有时也影响工程质量,为此施工中必须精确计算,排除垫铁宽度的影响。一、垫铁宽度的影响与排除在计算机泵支座点的调整尺寸时,无论使用什么方法,什么公式,通常都是按支座(垫钱,中心用 OD_1、OD_2尺寸进行计算的,从1~3图中看出,OD_1、OD_2尺寸是不准确的,其误差值受 d/2(垫铁宽度的一半)的影响。
