采用戊四氮(pentylenetrazol,PTZ)诱发大鼠癫痫模型,用苯妥因(phenytoin,PHT)预处理大白鼠,用放免法测定各组大鼠额叶皮层及海马中cAMP、cGMP的含量。结果发现:预处理组额叶皮层cAMP、cGMP与癫痫组中相应指标显著下降,海马cGMP较癫痫组显著下降。提示PHT可能控制癫痫是与稳定cAMP、cGMP水平有关
Rats were induced by pentylenetrazol (PTZ) and the rats were pretreated with phenytoin (PHT). The levels of cAMP and cGMP in frontal cortex and hippocampus of rats in each group were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that: pretreatment of the frontal cortex cAMP, cGMP and epilepsy group corresponding index decreased significantly, hippocampal cGMP significantly decreased compared with epilepsy.
