汽车主动式头枕能够在汽车追尾碰撞时有效地减小头枕和头部的间距,从而实现保护乘车者颈部的作用。针对现有汽车主动式头枕装置的设计缺陷与不足,提出运用TRIZ理论对主动式头枕机构进行创新设计,优化设计了一种基于分割创新原理的非联动式汽车座椅主动式头枕装置,然后通过UG/Motion功能模块对所设计机构进行运动仿真分析。分析结果表明机构运动轨迹符合设计要求,运动过程无干涉发生,从而验证了本机构设计的可行性与正确性。
Active car headrests can effectively reduce the headrest and head spacing when the car rear-end collision, in order to achieve the protection of the occupant’s neck. In view of the design flaws and shortcomings of the existing active headrest devices, this paper proposes an innovative design of the active headrest mechanism based on TRIZ theory and an active headrest device based on the principle of segmentation and innovation, , And then through the UG / Motion function module on the design of the body movement simulation analysis. The analysis results show that the motion trajectory of the mechanism conforms to the design requirements, and no interference occurs during the movement, thus verifying the feasibility and correctness of the design of the mechanism.
