健康雄性Wistar大鼠29只,体重180～230g。依注射生长激素(GH)与否及是否损伤分成四组。Ⅰ组7只,无损伤,皮下注射生理盐水;Ⅱ组7只,无损伤,皮下注射GH(0.8IU/kg);Ⅲ组7只,有损伤,皮下注射生理盐水;Ⅳ组有损伤,皮下注射GH。在麻醉前24小时,皮下注射0.1mlGH(0.8IU/kg)或生理盐水,随后自由饲养。腹膜内注射水合氯醛(300ms/kg)麻醉。动物体温由控温毯控制。麻醉后同前一样再次注射GH或生理盐水。PE管插入右颈静脉输入乳酸林格
