我院在1984年4～5月对越自卫还击作战中,救治一批火器伤伤员,其中除伤死1例外,余皆治愈。下面谈几点救治体会。1.我院距离前沿阵地较近,大部分伤员由阵地直接送达我师救护所。有些伤员入院时处于昏迷状态,血压测不到,心跳微弱,但由于伤后抢救及时,往往使他们转危为安。这样就大大降低了伤员的死亡率,这是这次救治中的一个特点。2.这批伤员中,我们对316处伤口进行清创术。在伤员一时来得少的情况下,清创术做得较彻底。方法为:用双氧水、盐水
