目前我国各高校大力推进公共课和专业课的双语课程教学,把培养较高专业素质的复合型中高级人才作为大学教育的目标,如何进行高校双语教学课程建设成为一个重要的研究方向。本文对高校双语教学课程建设的各项关键要素进行分析,简要讨论了双语教学目标的定位、教学模式的选择、教学师资的培养、学生的能力提升策略以及教学内容和教材选择。同时,以高校人力资源管理双语教学课程为例,对这些要素的具体实现进行详细叙述,从课程性质和内容,教学方法、手段和考核方式以及双语教学评价等方面,探讨如何有效地推动高校双语教学课程的建设。
At present, all colleges and universities in our country are vigorously promoting the teaching of bilingual courses in public courses and specialized courses. Taking the training of middle and senior talents of higher professional qualifications as the goal of university education, how to carry out the construction of bilingual teaching courses in colleges and universities has become an important research direction. This article analyzes the key elements of the bilingual teaching curriculum construction in colleges and universities, briefly discusses the orientation of bilingual teaching objectives, the choice of teaching mode, the training of teaching staff, the ability of students to enhance strategies and the choice of teaching content and teaching materials. At the same time, taking the bilingual teaching course of human resources management in colleges and universities as an example, this paper describes in detail the concrete realization of these elements, discusses how to effectively promote bilingualism of colleges and universities in terms of the nature and content of the courses, teaching methods, means and assessment methods and bilingual teaching evaluation Construction of teaching curriculum.
