Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina. Method Convenient Select 75 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris who performed quality nursing intervention in this hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 as quality nursing group and select 60 patients who took routine nursing service in the same time period as routine Nursing group. The blood pressure, heart rate, angina pectoris episodes and patients’ satisfaction with nursing service before and after the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, the number of episodes of blood pressure, heart rate and angina pectoris were (23.8 ± 5.4) kPa, (103.1 ± 12.3) and (23.1 ± 2.1) times respectively in the routine care group and 23.5 ± 5.2 ) kPa, (102.8 ± 12.9) and (22.7 ± 2.4) times, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). After nursing, the frequency of blood pressure, heart rate and angina pectoris were ± 2.0) kPa, (74.2 ± 10.2) and (6.8 ± 1.7) times respectively, while the control group was (21.3 ± 3.6) kPa, (98.6 ± 12.5) and (16.2 ± 2.0) times, respectively (P <0.05). In addition, satisfaction rate of nursing service in high quality nursing group (98.7%, 1/75) was significantly higher than that in routine nursing group (90.0%, 6/60) (P <0.05). Conclusion Taking good care service for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can obviously improve the blood pressure and heart rate index, reduce the frequency of angina pectoris and improve the satisfaction of nursing service. This nursing method deserves to be popularized and applied in nursing.
