校本教研,是一项立足本校教学实际的行动研究,具有针对性强、指导教学效果好的特质。但是综观今天学校的校本教研现状,普遍存在选题过大、理论性太强、教研步骤不科学等问题。本期,我们特呈现黄燕亚、陈天培老师对校本教研的思考和做法,希望为我们科学、高效地进行校本教研提供“他山之石”。
School-based teaching and research, is a research based on the actual teaching of the school action, with strong pertinence, good teaching quality. However, if we look at the status quo of school-based teaching and research in schools today, there are common problems such as over-selection of topics, overly theoretical and unscientific teaching and research steps. In this issue, we present the thinking and practice of teachers, teachers and students of Huang Yan-ya and Chen Tian-pei on school-based teaching and research. We hope to provide “the stone of other hills” for our scientific and efficient school-based teaching and research.
