乡镇领导班子结构的优化,是实现乡镇领导班子任期目标,增强班子的吸引力、战斗力和凝聚力,充分发挥班子成员整体功能的客观条件。今年是换届选举年,组织部门在换届前应注意搭配好班子人选,调整好结构。乡镇领导班子的结构,一般有以下几种类型:──共鸣互补型。班子中一、二把手之间关系和谐融洽,工作上互相“补台”,体现了“龙凤相配,同舟共济”,在团结宽松的氛围里“共挑一副担,同唱一台戏”。──大同小异型。就是在领导班子成员之间,虽说工作上有一定分歧,意见有时不一致,但相互能尽量求大同存小异,有整体意识,不以一时的意见分歧来斤斤计较,以致影响工作。
