目的探讨新鲜冰冻血浆脱离冷链后血浆相关参数的变化。方法将待测新鲜冰冻血浆设为1个对照组(室温下放置0 h)和5个实验组(实验1组、2组、3组、4组和5组,室温下分别放置0.5、2、4、8和12 h),分别检测各组PT、INR、APTT、Fbg、AT、FⅧ∶C、FⅤ、蛋白C等指标的变化。结果实验4组和实验5组血浆中的FⅧ∶C、AT、PC与对照组相比均明显下降(P<0.05)。但各实验组中的APTT、PT、INR、Fbg和FⅤ与对照组比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论新鲜冰冻血浆水浴融化后在室温放置时间超过8 h,其包含的抗凝成分(包括AT、PC)及促凝成分(凝血因子FⅧ∶C)均减少,但在室温下放置12 h内其APTT、PT、INR、Fbg和FⅤ测定值无明显变化。
Objective To investigate the change of plasma related parameters after fresh frozen plasma detached from cold chain. Methods The fresh frozen plasma to be tested was set as 1 control group (0 h at room temperature) and 5 experimental groups (experimental group 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, 4, 8 and 12 h). The changes of PT, INR, APTT, Fbg, AT, FⅧ: C, FⅤ and protein C in each group were detected. Results The plasma levels of FⅧ: C, AT, PC in experimental group 4 and experimental group 5 were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P <0.05). However, APTT, PT, INR, Fbg and FV in experimental group were not significantly different from those in control group (P> 0.05). Conclusions The fresh frozen plasma-water bath melted and stored at room temperature for more than 8 hours contained less anticoagulant components (including AT, PC) and procoagulant components (coagulation factor FⅧ: C), but it was stored at room temperature within 12 hours APTT, PT, INR, Fbg and FV measured values did not change significantly.
