随着社会竞争的日益激烈,企业要想获得更长久地发展,就应对现有的管理模式加以优化配置与重组,重组中的整合所涉及的内容较多,不仅包含经营模式、制度方面的整合,而且还包括人力资源以及企业文化方面的整合等。其中,企业整合重组下引起的员工思想涣散、信心萎靡等问题直接影响到了重组的效率和质量。基于此,现对企业整合重组下如何开展员工思想教育工作进行了探讨,以强化企业的人力资源管理。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the society, if enterprises want to achieve more long-term development, they should optimize the allocation and reorganization of existing management modes. The integration in reorganization involves more contents, including not only the integration of business model and system , But also includes human resources and corporate culture integration. Among them, the problems caused by staff’s fragmented thinking, sluggish confidence caused by the reorganization of enterprises directly affect the efficiency and quality of restructuring. Based on this, we are going to discuss how to carry out employee ideological education under the process of enterprise integration and reorganization so as to strengthen the human resource management of enterprises.
