吉林省12333人力资源社会保障咨询服务电话依托金保工程专网,采用“以省端为中心,市州为远端座席”的建设模式,覆盖全省城乡。作为全省人社系统民生服务热线,承担着上传社情民意,下达惠民政策的桥梁纽带作用。热线开通以来,在吉林省委、省政府推进政务公开、建设服务型政府和构建和谐社会的精神指引下,始终坚持“用心倾听、真诚服务、以人为本、共建和谐”的服务宗旨,不断加强咨询服务体系建设,倾情为全省广大百姓和用人单位提供咨询服务,现已形成“咨询工作品牌化、主题活动特色化、常规工作创新化”的工作模式,
