简要比较分析了MDOE方法相对于传统OFAT方法的优势,研究了MDOE方法的关键影响因素。研究表明气动模型是现代试验设计的关键因素之一,提出基于气动模型的试验设计新方法。为此,文章研究了一类带电缆罩的轴对称飞行器的气动数学模型,并以三角级数的形式给出了模型的通用形式。以某飞行器为对象,以饱和D-最优为准则,分别采用三角级数模型和常用的响应面模型,开展了气动模型对现代试验设计的影响研究,验证了气动数学模型在现代试验设计中的重要作用以及试验设计新方法的有效性,获得了有价值的研究结果。
A brief comparative analysis of the advantages of the MDOE method over the traditional OFAT method is given and the key influencing factors of the MDOE method are studied. The research shows that the aerodynamic model is one of the key factors in modern experimental design. A new experimental design method based on aerodynamic model is proposed. Therefore, the paper studies the aerodynamic model of a type of axisymmetric aircraft with cable cover and gives the general form of the model in the form of triangular series. Taking an aircraft as an object and using the criterion of saturation and D-optimal as the criteria, the influence of aerodynamic model on modern experimental design was studied by using the trigonometric series model and the commonly used response surface model respectively. The aerodynamic mathematical model was validated in the modern experimental design The important role of experimental design and the effectiveness of new methods to obtain valuable research results.
