尿路结石是泌尿系统的常见病。在临床工作中,我们发现结石好发部位及肾结石的排出难易与患者睡眠习惯卧位有密切关系,具有一定客观规律性。可用以提高泌尿系结石的防治效果。且本法不受环境条件限制,简便易行。资料分析本文收集了我院1977年6月～1978年8月成人泌尿系结石100例,详细询问了患者发病前后的睡眠体位,加以统计分析,对诊断不够明确及有明显诱因的病例,均未列入。100例泌
