对带钢卷取张力与速度控制关系进行研究,采用模糊控制器调整PI控制器参数的方法,针对现场卷取工艺的缺陷,采用新方法对卷取转动惯量进行计算,并考虑系统的动态补偿,实现精确间接张力控制的目的;对控制系统的硬件进行升级优化,采用西门子S7-300和全数字直流调速装置6RA系列产品作为控制装置,实现全数字卷取机控制,采用模糊控制原理,提高系统的控制精度。
