滑膜肉瘤常发生在有滑膜组织的部位,眶内生长此瘤甚为罕见,国内未见报导,现报告1例如下。患者:孙×男20岁住院号35980。1982年1月因左眼疼痛,发现眶内有一蚕豆大肿块而来院。检查:患者发育正常,营养良好,全身浅在淋巴结不肿大。胸部透视正常。眼部检查:视力:右1.5,左1.2,近视力:右丁1,左丁1,眼压正常。眼球突出度,右11mm,左12mm,眶距100mm。眼位正常,左眼向下转稍受限,无复像。屈光间质及眼底正常。左眶下缘触及1.0×1.0不规则骨样硬肿物,推之能向后移动,有轻度压痛。x光 Synovial sarcoma often occurs in synovial tissue sites, orbital tumor growth is very rare, no reports of the domestic report is as follows.
