1 材质、表面处理与金相标准 1.1 材质与表面处理 国外气缸套生产选用的材质及表面处理方法种类多、系列化,且适合大批量生产,根据发动机的不同要求,可选用不同材质的气缸套。国外气缸套所选用的材质主要有:镍铬钼合金铸铁、中磷合金铸铁、高磷合金铸铁、中磷铸铁、高磷铸铁、铌铸铁、硼铸铁等各种灰铸铁和钢。这些材质具有内在质量好、金相组织中石黑细小、基体为细片状珠光体、硬质相分布均匀等优点。 下面以德国柏莱柯公司为例,介绍国外铸铁气缸套的材质情况。
