目的:研究神经内科护理中实施规范化健康教育的效果。方法:我院选择2012年9月~2014年9月间诊治的304例神经内科患者,根据护理方法不同将其分为两组,对照组的148例患者实施常规的护理措施,观察组的156例患者实施健康教育护理措施,具体包括培养良好的护患关系、建立工作小组、解读心理健康、宣讲疾病知识以及对家属实施健康教育,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:通过对两组患者进行比较,观察组患者的平均分及合格率均明显高于对照组,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对神经内科患者实施护理的过程中,应用规范化健康教育具有明显的促进作用,能够让患者对自身情况进行详细的了解,同时建立积极乐观的心态,建立治疗的信心,促进患者早日恢复健康,提升患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To study the effects of standardized health education in neurology nursing. Methods: A total of 304 neurology patients from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. 148 patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions and 156 Cases of patients with health education and nursing measures, including the development of a good nurse-patient relationship, the establishment of a working group to interpret mental health, preach disease knowledge and family health education, compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients.
