目的在东北天南星治疗肺癌药效组分优选评价的基础上,通过数学统计及体外活性、毒性评价方法,开展东北天南星治疗肺癌有效组分增效减毒配伍优化研究,该研究为天南星药材合理利用及成药性开发提供实验基础。方法采用体外药效评价结合均匀设计法,以体外药效及毒性评价综合指标为依据,开展其活性较强、毒性较弱的最佳组分配伍比例及剂量筛选研究。结果应用均匀设计回归分析得到东北天南星最佳配伍比例为总生物碱∶总黄酮∶总多糖=1∶3.85∶7.71,配伍剂量为总生物碱:0.3622 mg/ml,总黄酮:1.3979 mg/ml,总多糖:2.7927 mg/ml,且其综合指标照各组分有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过本实验筛选出东北天南星各组分最佳配伍剂量及比例,为东北天南星中药新药研发及探讨中药增效减毒奠定实验基础。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the efficacy and attenuation of the effective components of lung neoplasms in northeast of China by means of mathematical statistics and in vitro activity and toxicity evaluation methods based on the optimized evaluation of the efficacy components of the northeast of the treatment of lung cancer. And drug development to provide experimental basis. Methods Based on the in vitro drug efficacy and toxicity evaluation indexes, the combination of in vitro drug efficacy evaluation and uniform design method was used to study the proportion and dose screening of the best components with strong activity and low toxicity. Results The average proportion of total alkaloids: total flavonoids: total polysaccharides = 1: 3.85: 7.71, total alkaloids: 0.3622 mg / ml, total flavones: 1.3979 mg / ml, Total polysaccharides: 2.7927 mg / ml, and the composite indicators according to the various components were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion This experiment screening out the best dose and proportion of the components of Anemarrhena aspen, lay the experimental foundation for the research and development of new drugs of Araceae in northeast China and the discussion of enhancing the efficiency and reducing the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine.
