采用任意拉格朗日—欧拉算法的HyperXtrude软件,以矩形铝型材为例,对三组不同分流桥结构的铝型材模具在稳定挤压过程中的应力场、速度场和温度场进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,采用六字分流桥结构时,应力分布最均匀,流速均衡性最好。最后对得出的最优方案的下模工作带进行了调整,能保证产品质量更良好。
