本文从人才管理的视角出发,通过分析关于唐太宗人才管理及思想的文献,提炼出唐太宗人才管理思想,囊括了注重人才在治国中的重要性、充分发挥人才的才能、采用门荫制度和完备了科举制度,善于实施人才公平的考核和合理的奖惩机制,运用了包括提拔职务、增加薪酬、物质奖赏、口头表扬、真心关怀、树立典范等激励手段在内的多种物质和精神激励方法。文章最后还提出了唐太宗人才管理思想对当前我国人才管理的启示与借鉴。
From the perspective of talent management, through analyzing the literature on talent management and ideology of Emperor Taizong, this paper extracts the thought of talent management of Emperor Taizong and includes the importance of focusing on talents in running the country, giving full play to talents, Complete with the examination system, good at implementing the fair examination and reasonable reward and punishment mechanism, using a variety of material and spiritual incentives, including promotion of positions, increase of salaries, material rewards, verbal praise, sincere concern, establish exemplary incentives and other means . Finally, the article also puts forward the enlightenment and reference of the management thought of Emperor Taizong in Tang Dynasty to current talent management in our country.
