用常规精液检测法能得到精子浓度、活动力、形态和其它精液指标。这种检查法技术要求高,花费时间多,需技术性处理并分析多个数据。特别是活动精子的数量和质量来源于主观的检测技术。最近由于计算机发展,可用以协助作精液分析,本文仅报道计算机系统中的一种。本资料共有429份从计算机获得的数据精液,标本特征正常的229份例,按WHO标准进行评论。另200份(包括正常和病理的)经上游处理前(新鲜的)和处理后测得精子数、活动力、速度、直线运动的数据,用精液细胞自动分析软件(cell soft)处理。将200份精液标本分为六组:1组:36份正常者;2组;15份多精子症(精子密度大于250×10~6/ml;
Sperm concentration, motility, morphology and other semen indicators can be obtained using conventional semen assays. This inspection method requires high technical requirements and takes a lot of time, and needs to process and analyze multiple data technically. In particular, the quantity and quality of active sperm are derived from subjective detection techniques. Recently, due to the development of computers, which can be used to assist in semen analysis, this article only covers one of the computer systems. This data contains a total of 429 data obtained from the computer semen, 229 samples of normal characteristics of specimens, according to WHO standards for comment. The other 200 samples, both normal and pathological, were taken from the data of sperm count, motility, speed and linear motion measured before upstream treatment (fresh) and after treatment, and treated with cell soft. 200 semen samples were divided into six groups: one group: 36 normal subjects; two groups; 15 spermatozoa (sperm density greater than 250 × 10 ~ 6 / ml;
