目的:研究原发性肺癌患者MDR1基因的表达及其与病理组织分型的关系。方法:通过纤维支气管镜应用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法,对33例未治、5例化疗后的原发性肺癌和17例非癌组织MDR1基因的表达进行分析。结果:在38例癌标本中有17例观察到MDR1基因的表达,主要分布在非小细胞鳞癌中,而非癌组织仅有1例MDR基因的表达。结论:在未治的原发性肺癌尤其是非小细胞肺癌中,可检测到MDR1基因的表达,与病理分型判断一致,可能是化疗效果不佳及预后不良的指标。
Objective: To study the expression of MDR1 gene in patients with primary lung cancer and its relationship with histological type. METHODS: The expression of MDR1 gene in 33 cases of untreated lung cancer, 5 cases of primary lung cancer after chemotherapy and 17 cases of non-cancer tissue were analyzed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). RESULTS: MDR1 gene expression was observed in 17 of 38 cancer specimens, mainly in non-small-cell squamous cell carcinoma, while non-cancer tissue had only 1 case of MDR gene expression. Conclusion: The expression of MDR1 gene can be detected in untreated primary lung cancer, especially non-small cell lung cancer, which is consistent with pathological classification. It may be an indicator of poor chemotherapy and poor prognosis.
