目的 观察花灵、香云胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的调节及对肿瘤的抑制作用。方法 (1)采用小鼠迟发性变态反应试验 ,观察花灵、香云胶囊对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。 (2 )对胸腺、脾脏 (免疫器官 )重量的影响。 (3)小鼠肉瘤 (S180 )瘤株造模 ,分别观察对小鼠抑瘤率及香云胶囊合用放、化疗的效果。结果 花灵、香云胶囊显著提高小鼠耳肿胀度。显著增加胸腺、脾脏的重量 ,抑瘤率分别为 13%、2 8%、11%、5 2 %。结论 花灵胶囊、香云胶囊均有显著提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能 ,从而 ,均有抗肿瘤作用 ;香云胶囊与化疗药物合用 ,也有类似作用
Objective To observe the effects of Hualing and Xiangyun Capsules on the regulation of immune function and inhibition of tumor in mice. Methods (1) Use mouse delayed allergy test to observe the effect of Hualing and Xiangyun Capsule on the cellular immune function of mice. (2) Effects on the weight of the thymus and spleen (immune organs). (3) Mouse sarcoma (S180) tumor model was established. The antitumor rate of mice and the effects of combined use of Fangyun capsule and radiotherapy and chemotherapy were observed. Results Hualing and Xiangyun Capsules significantly increased the ear swelling of mice. The weight of thymus and spleen was significantly increased. The tumor inhibition rates were 13%, 28%, 11%, and 52%, respectively. Conclusion Hualing Capsule and Xiangyun Capsule all significantly improve the cellular immune function of mice. Therefore, both of them have anti-tumor effects; Xiangyun Capsule and chemotherapeutic drugs also have similar effects.
