[目的]观察综合疗法治疗脑中风的临床疗效。[方法]对156例患者首先降颅压、预防脑水肿以及扩张血管、抗凝血治疗,并根据病人具体情况进行对症溶栓、钙通道阻滞剂、中药辨证等综合治疗。治疗1个疗程判定疗效。[结果]66例痊愈,82例显效,总有效率94.78%。[结论]综合疗法治疗脑中风效果满意。 [Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive therapy on stroke. [Methods] 156 patients were firstly treated with intracranial pressure reduction, cerebral edema prevention, dilatation of blood vessels and anticoagulant therapy. According to the patients’ specific conditions, symptomatic thrombolysis, calcium channel blockers and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation were combined. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] 66 cases recovered, 82 cases markedly effective, the total effective rate 94.78%. [Conclusion] Comprehensive treatment of stroke is satisfactory.
