利用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定不同采收时间(5、6、7、8月和9月)野生羌活药材中K、Na、Al 3种金属元素的含量,应用SPSS16.0分析软件对结果进行统计分析。研究结果表明,5—9月野生羌活药材中均以K元素含量最高;K和Na、Na和Al的含量呈负相关,K和Al的含量呈正相关;K元素的含量在5月到6月增加,6月到8月呈下降趋势,8月到9月急剧升高;Na元素的含量呈先上升(5—6月)后下降(6—9月)的趋势;Al元素的含量呈先降低(5—6月)再升高(6—9月)的趋势。
The content of K, Na and Al in the wild Rhizoma et Radix Rhizoma et Radix was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) at different harvest time (May, June, July, August and September) SPSS16.0 analysis software for statistical analysis of the results.
