实现高校日语人才培养方案促进高等教育与社会人才需求相对接,为经济发展服务是大学日语专业设置的关键。如何使学科设置和教学模式更适合就业,打破就业壁垒是高校日语教师欲实现的最有价值的目标。本文结合天津区域文化特点和优势,针对日企近年来情势的变化,对高校日语专业的培养模式、教育内容等进行分析。
It is the key to set up university Japanese major to realize the program of cultivating Japanese talents in colleges and universities and to promote the connection between higher education and the demand of social talents. How to make subject setting and teaching mode more suitable for employment and break down employment barriers are the most valuable goals that university Japanese teachers want to achieve. This article, based on the characteristics and advantages of Tianjin’s regional culture, aims at analyzing the changes in the situation of Japanese enterprises in recent years and analyzes the training patterns and contents of Japanese major in colleges and universities.
