How to make subject setting and teaching mode more suitable for employment and break down employment barriers are the most valuable goals that university Japanese teachers want to achieve. This article, based on the characteristics and advantages of Tianjin’s regional culture, aims at analyzing the changes in the situation of Japanese enterprises in recent years and analyzes the training patterns and contents of Japanese major in colleges and universities.
