目的对露兜簕Pandanus tectorius根进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱、氧化铝柱色谱和制备薄层等色谱方法对露兜簕根部位化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的NMR、MS、IR等波谱数据和理化性质鉴定分子结构。结果从露兜簕根乙醇提取物分离获得1个新化合物(1)和5个已知化合物(2~6),分别鉴定为3-酮-24(31)-烯-28,29-去甲基环木菠萝烷(1)、3-酮-24(31)-烯-环木菠萝烷(2)、3-酮-24(31)-烯-28-去甲基环木菠萝烷(3)、β-豆甾醇(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)和棕榈酸(6)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为环露兜酮(cyclotectorone),环木菠萝烷型三萜化合物1~3均为首次从露兜簕根部位中分离鉴定。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pandanus tectorius. Methods The chemical constituents in the root of Dew Sclaterula were isolated and purified by silica gel column, alumina column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. The molecular structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR, MS, IR and other spectroscopic data. Results One new compound (1) and five known compounds (2-6) were isolated from the ethanol extract of P. dendrolimi and identified as 3-keto-24 (31) -ene-28,29- Cyclobutanol (1), 3-keto-24 (31) -ene-cyclooctomer (2), 3-keto- 24 ), Β-stigmasterol (4), β-sitosterol (5) and palmitic acid (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named cyclotectorone. Cyclobalanol-type triterpene compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated and identified from the root of Dewlap root for the first time.
