矩形翅片广泛应用于各类换热器,翅片表面的换热系数分布是强化传热研究中的问题之一。采用单片矩形翅片管作为模型,用有限差分法在翅片表面划分节点,通过实验测量获得气流速度u=4.5m/s时各节点处离散的表面温度分布及气流温度分布,最后利用导热反问题方法求得各节点换热系数。经热平衡法验证,所获得的解能正确反映实际换热情况。
Rectangular fins are widely used in all kinds of heat exchangers. The heat transfer coefficient distribution on the surface of fins is one of the problems in the study of heat transfer enhancement. The single-chip rectangular finned tube was used as the model, and the finite difference method was used to divide the nodes on the fin surface. The discrete surface temperature distribution and airflow temperature distribution at each node when the airflow velocity was u = 4.5m / s were obtained through experimental measurements. Finally, Heat transfer inverse problem method to obtain the heat transfer coefficient of each node. The heat balance method to verify that the solution obtained can correctly reflect the actual heat transfer situation.
