学困生是小学生中的特殊群体,他们的学业自我效能感往往很低。在小学学困生学业自我效能感形成过程中,教师的表现如不能公平对待学困生、缺乏分层教学、未能给学困生提供成功体验等加剧了学困生自我效能感的低下。针对这种情况,改变教师对待学困生不公平的态度、不正确的教学方式,对学困生形成良好自我效能感是非常重要的。
Poor students are a special group of pupils who often have low self-efficacy in academic self-study. In the process of forming the self-efficacy of academic self-efficacy in primary school students with poor academic performance, such as the teachers can not fair treatment of students with learning difficulties, the lack of hierarchical teaching, failed to provide successful experience for students with poor students exacerbated the low self-efficacy of poor students. In view of this situation, it is very important to change teachers’ unfair attitudes towards poor students, improper teaching methods, and to form a good sense of self-efficacy for students who have difficulty in school.
