目的观察心脑联通胶囊与西药合用治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将72例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用心脑联通胶囊,4周后观察2组疗效。结果治疗组血瘀证候改善程度、心绞痛疗效、舌下含服硝酸甘油量降低程度均优于对照组。结论心脑联通胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效优于单纯西药治疗。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinnao Unicom capsule and western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 72 patients with coronary heart disease angina were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional western medicine. The treatment group was given Xinyinlian capsule on the basis of routine western medicine treatment, and the curative effect was observed after 4 weeks. Results The improvement of blood stasis syndrome, the curative effect of angina and sublingual nitroglycerin in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of Xinnao Lian Tong Capsule combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is better than that of western medicine alone.
