进入21世纪以来,中国住宅产业发展迅猛,城乡住宅建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,尤其“十一五”期间,我国城乡新建住宅面积连年递增。但目前我国住宅产业仍处于粗放型发展阶段,落后的住宅生产技术以及毛坯房二次装修所造成的资源浪费、环境污染、安全隐患问题也比较突出。“十二五”期间的一个重要任务是产业结构的调整与转型,房地产作为我国支柱行业首当其冲面临着调整与转型。而成品住房是实现建设节能省地型住宅的最佳载体,推进成品住房建设不仅有利于住宅建设从粗放型向工业化、集约化生产方式转变,还有利于资源节约和环境保护,建设长寿命的高品质住宅。

As the pillar industries in China, real estate faces the adjustment and transformation. Finished housing is the best carrier for building energy-saving and land-saving housing. Promoting the construction of finished housing not only helps the transformation of housing construction from extensive mode to extensive industrialization and intensive mode of production, but also benefits resource conservation and environmental protection and builds long-lived High-quality housing.
