以自新疆、黑龙江、辽宁、吉林、湖北、天津和北京等地分离的16株快生型大豆根瘤菌为供试菌,用交叉凝集反应比较研究了它们与目前国内外已报道的9株快生型大豆根瘤菌标准血清型菌株之间的血清学关系,研究结果表明:(1)菌株J711,NJ16,NJ111和A212均属O1(2048)血清型。(2)菌株RT15、Two-7和93F41与供试标准血清型菌株的菌体抗原均不相同,命名为O9、O10和O113种新的血清型。菌株6-1为自凝菌株,其血清型为O0。(3)交叉抗原吸收试验结果表明,菌株92X10、C333、RT10和2056同属O5血清型,并可进一步区分为O5ab、O5bcd、O5def和O5fg4个血清亚型。菌株HA10-1-3、HA12-1-12和2120分属O6血清型的O6ab、O6bcd和O6de3个血清亚型。(4)将2048等6个标准菌株重新命名为O1,O2,O3,O4,O7和O8血清型。
Sixteen fast-growing soybean rhizobium strains isolated from Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jilin, Hubei, Tianjin and Beijing were used as tested bacteria. Their cross-agglutination reaction was compared with that of nine fast-reported soybean strains reported at home and abroad The results showed that: (1) Strain J711, NJ16, NJ111 and A212 belong to the serotype O1 (2048) serotypes. (2) The strains RT15, Two-7 and 93F41 were different from the bacterial antigens of the tested serotype strains and named as the new serotype O9, O10 and O113. Strain 6-1 is a self-condensing strain whose serotype is O0. (3) The results of cross-antigen absorption test showed that strains 92X10, C333, RT10 and 2056 belonged to O5 serotypes and could be further divided into four subtypes O5ab, O5bcd, O5def and O5fg. Strains HA10-1-3, HA12-1-12 and 2120 belong to the O6ab, O6bcd and O6de3 serosubtypes of the O6 serotype. (4) Six standard strains such as 2048 were renamed as O1, O2, O3, O4, O7 and O8 serotypes.
