目的:建立乙肝丸的显微及薄层色谱的鉴别方法。方法:采用显微鉴别法对灵芝、土茯苓、郁金、五味子、赤芍进行观察,薄层色谱法对黄芪、丹参、牡丹皮进行鉴别。结果:显微鉴别点易于观察。薄层色谱结果显示供试品在与对照药材及对照品色谱相应的位置上。显相同颜色斑点,且阴性无干扰。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为乙肝丸质量控制的依据。
Objective: To establish the identification method of hepatitis B pills by microscopy and thin-layer chromatography. Methods: The microscopic identification method was used to observe Ganoderma lucidum, Smilax china, turmeric, Schisandra chinensis and Radix paeoniae Rubra. The thin layer chromatography was used to identify Radix Astragali, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Cortex Moutan. Results: Microscopic discriminating points are easy to observe. The TLC results showed that the test product was in the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the reference drug and the reference substance. The same color spots appear, and the negatives do not interfere. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as the basis for the quality control of hepatitis B pills.
