[目的]建立了一种离子色谱法直接进样测定饮用水中溴酸盐的方法。[方法]选用高效高柱容的A Supp 7-250离子色谱柱,抑制型电导检测器,直接进样测定饮用水中的溴酸盐。[结果]当淋洗液浓度为3.6mol/L,流速为0.7μl/min时,保留时间接近的BrO3-与Cl-能完全基线分离。溴酸盐在0~200μg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9996,最低检出限为3.84μg/L,回收率在91.8~102.7%之间,RSD<4.5%。[结论]该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可应用饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的检测分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for direct determination of bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography. [Method] A Supp 7-250 ion chromatographic column with high efficiency and high column capacity, suppressed conductivity detector and direct injection were used to determine bromate in drinking water. [Result] When the concentration of eluent was 3.6mol / L and the flow rate was 0.7μl / min, BrO3- and Cl- with similar retention time could be completely baseline separated. The bromate showed a good linearity in the range of 0-200 μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996, a minimum detectable limit of 3.84 μg / L, and a recovery of 91.8% to 102.7% with RSD <4.5%. [Conclusion] The method is simple in operation and high in sensitivity. It can be applied to the detection and analysis of trace bromate in drinking water.
