本文以提高ND_2型机车牵引功率,降低油耗率为研究对象,对燃油喷射系统开展了试验研究工作。根据喷油过程计算和台架试验结果,探索了机车部分工况下的工作条件与喷油过程的关系,及其对柴油机经济性、动力性的影响,提出了适应机车运用范围大,具有可变喷油定时的燃油喷射系统,经配机试验和装机运用考验,获得了好的综合指标,不仅有高的经济性和低的排放烟度,而且有适宜的动力性能。
In this paper, to improve the traction power of the ND 2 locomotive and reduce the fuel consumption rate as the research object, the fuel injection system to carry out experimental research. According to the calculation of fuel injection process and the test results of the bench, the relationship between working conditions and fuel injection process under partial conditions of locomotive and its influence on the economy and power of diesel engine are explored. Variable injection timing fuel injection system, with the machine test and installed capacity test, get a good comprehensive index, not only has high economy and low emission smoke, but also has the appropriate dynamic performance.
